Well this year I decided to get a little creative with our food for St. Pats day. Yes we do have a wee little bit o Irish in our blood line ;-)....... When the girls woke up they had green waffles waiting for them at the table, Audrey thought that was too funny! While Audrey was away at school Sarah Allain and I made rainbow cupcakes. We worked very hard mixing the colors to get it just right! We used whip cream as a cloud on top! For dinner we had bacon cheese burgers with baked potato wedges. Sorry, the only pictures are of the cupcakes....they were the most impressive I guess :-)! Happy St. Patricks Day!
